I'm a mama of a toddler and pregnant with my second due in November. I started working on wood furniture when I was in middle school with my father who was a shop teacher. After buying our home, I decided that expensive furniture wasn't in the cards, but refinishing solid pieces was. Thus, Luebeck Creations was born! In the past year, I have been able to grow as an artist not only working on my skills that I have, but learning new techniques and using new products to help my pieces grow and have bigger personalities. The Artisans Market of MN have been pivotal in my growth, and I couldn't be where I am today without them.

This masculine beauty is the perfect mix. Using Dark Chocolate Milk Paint and Coastal Blue, this slightly weathered dresser was given a second change at love. Slightly distressed along the edges and along the sides, you are able to get slight peeks at the Dark Chocolate lingering underneath the Coastal Blue Blanket. Finished with a bronze handle, she is sure to stun.
The Future of Changing Tables

This beautiful dresser has been adopted by her new owners and converted into a changing table. By sanding down to the natural oak wood, using Java Gel Stain for the top and front of drawers, Linen Milk Paint for the sides, Dark Wax and a clear wax to finish her, this lady has had her makeover and is ready for a night on the town (or up all night with a baby!). Her smooth ridges have been accented by the dark wax over the silky linen paint. This isn't adding lipstick to a pig, but bringing out her natural beauty she was born to be!
