I started painting furniture 17 years ago before having children...my style then was very whimsical. I took many years off of painting furniture while raising children. I have since earned my degree in K-12 Art Education, taught middle school and high school art for a few years and picked up painting furniture again, but this time in a very different style. I now paint under the name of Cedar Creek Chic on social media platforms. A little over three years ago myself and two others opened a brick and mortor store, named Urban Artique located in Sheboygan, WI. I now continue to paint furniture, signs and art on a regular basis.
