General Finishes

I wanted to create a cozy old-world atmosphere in my bedroom but didn't have the funds to buy a new bed so I built it!  The full-size bed frame and 6-1/2 foot tall headboard are made from lumber from a big-box store.  I then added the hand-built corbels and shelf to give the headboard some presence.  I painted everything with 2 coats of General Finishes Milk Paint in Linen and sealed it with 2 coats of General Finishes High Performance Top Coat in Satin.  I now have a relaxing and comfortable place to end each day!
