Trestle Table made from 6/4 rough sawn Poplar. Top is 1 and 1/8 inch thick. Table is designed to knock down flat for transport, top attached to base to allow for wood movement, all mortise and tennon construction. Sanded to 220 grit, single coat of General Finishes Georgian Cherry Gel Stain, top coat with General Finishes Gel Satin Top Coat. Table top has six coats of top coat buffed with 0000 steel wool after the third and final coats
