Neutral not Boring

By BJ Buchter Massa, Owner at Junk’d Up in Carmel, IN.

I had just learned about decorative rollers when this waterfall hope chest came into my life. I wanted to keep the piece neutral but give it lots of interest and movement because neutral doesn’t have to be boring. After painting an Old White base coat, I layered a color wash and then a glaze through which I ran my Primrose decorative roller. A light sanding and a little artfully places distressing then I sealed it with clear wax.
