Our kitchen before was a mid-80s dark and gloomy sight. We took out a cabinet and painted the cabinets with General Finishes Antique White Milk Paint and their High Gloss Top Coat. I was able to use the original hardware as it has a pretty antique brass look. Then I added the fun backslash, which is from Home Depot and is a peel and stick wallpaper. We love our bright and fun kitchen!
