General Finishes

These gals had so much hidden potential in their ornate designs that I knew they were screaming for a pick me up!  I painted the base in manor house, distressed and then applied a glaze in weathered grey. NOW those details POP! I wanted a nice contrast so I knew the top was going to be dark initially, just what color...?  So I decided to do the top in iron gate with a white wash and blended.
