Honey Oak to Java Luxe

This project truly shows the versatility of gel stain! These solid oak cabinets were removed during a kitchen remodel (see before pic) and needed a refresh before we placed in our own kitchen. I simply did a light sanding then used a foam brush to “paint” over the existing finish with two coats of General Finishes Java Gel Stain, followed by three coats of High Performance topcoat.
