This was a petite French Writing Bureau that I wanted to give a delicate look to. After stripping and priming I painted it in a custom blend of Queenstown Grey and linen. The interior was stained with antique oak stain and new leather was added for the writing drop section. I then stenciled the drawers with a delicate floral motif using Argentine pearl, which I also added to the edges and the moulding that I added to the drop leaf. The bureau was then sealed with High Performance Top Coat for durability and her new sweet form was revealed.
