Drab to French Provincial

This secretary desk was a sad little lady who was poorly dressed. Her features were lovely but her clothes and jewelry were all wrong! We took the panes off the glass top and removed the hardware. After proper prep, I primed  the painted areas with Kilz 2 primer and painted with Sherwin Williams ProClassic paint in Greek Villa. The stained areas were treated to General Finishes gel stain in a combination of Java and Brown Mahogany and top coated with High Performance Top Coat in satin. Now that Cinderella was properly dressed for the ball, she got glass knobs and classy, vintage French Provincial pulls. Va va Voom!
