Such a beauty to begin with, but ya know nobody seems to want the brown furniture anymore :-( In this case.. brown red!
I barely wanted to paint it, so made a wash with this amazing color Byzantine,
and then rubbed layers of brown wax into it, wearing away its edges to bring all that pretty wood back through...
sigh... this one didnt last long, and I miss her still --
