General Finishes

I refinished and painted this old, sad cabinet with Lamp Black Milk Paint, then with High Performance Gloss. The image is a reproduction I had printed after an oil painting by Annibale Carracci (Bolognese, 1560 - 1609), titled River Landscape, painted circa 1590. I used Modge Podge to decoupage the picture over the entire front of the cabinet. I also painted the interior back with a deep turqoise color to make the shelves pop.
