This guitar is crafted from Maple, Sapele, and Rosewood. The combination of materials and construction methods I used produced an instrument that has long lasting sustain and a wide array of tonal options. The design of this guitar was influenced by the hard geometric lines seen across many aspects of design, but my goal was to tame that aesthetic while hinting to the original inspiration for a guitar's shape.

This project held many "firsts" for me. It was the first turning after I moved about 2 years ago and the first natural edge piece I've made. It's hard to beat the amazing colors and forms that come from nature which is why I chose to leave the natural edge and let the wood speak for itself.
TV Stand

This TV stand was designed by my wife and I to accommodate our modern electronics but have a traditional furniture style. The unit has a removable center panel in the top to allow for easy cord management, along with soft close draw glides, and hand turned feet. This unit was finished with walnut and jacobean stains along with two coats of polycrylic.
