General Finishes

I gave this buffet a new life by first stripping the old blonde finish off. I restained the top and drawers in minwax honey brown sealing with a matte polyurethane. I then painted the body in APC gunpowder chalk paint sealing with polyacrylic. Then came the fun part, i modpodged the posters onto the doors, once dry i applied 7 layers of poly acrylic sanding in between each coat. I then chalk painted the chevron stripes on the drawers, tying in the colors of the poster, in APC  shoreline. New feather hardware on the drawers and spray painted the hinges and hardware on the doors a shiny gold finishing the look.
