My name is Tess, and I live in my hometown of Nashville, Tennessee. Painting furniture full time since 2008, my passion lies in the journey of restoring something old, forgotten, tired or broken. The joy of seeing something become beauty from ashes by an inspiration of vision combined with work of the hand. Watching a story unfold in a piece, and being a redemptive chapter in it's life. I grew up in a family of country music royalty from Dottie West to Lefty Frizzell, and also share in the love of singing. I studied creative writing at Belmont University and also have a heart for crafting and decorating. I reside at my home in Nashville, with my two young boys, and husband who delivers all of my pieces. My specialties include farmhouse styles, rustic planked wood tops, chippy patinas, and her signature large hutches.
