When I picked this Queen Anne buffet up it had a slight alligatored finish. I left it that way. I love the texture it gives the piece and goes great with the distressed look. The origianl pulls were missing so it recieved new knobs for an updated look. The top is Java Gel with a satin top coat and body is Lamp Black with flat top coat.
