This Vintage 1940s Samsonite travel trunk was screaming for a makeover. It was in really good shape, so it only required some cleaning. I attached some wooden legs that I had painted with Lamp Black. I layered and layered several colors. Klein Blue, Halcyon Blue, Persion Blue and Linen. Layered and distressed then topped it off with some creamy dark wax.
