This vintage French Procincial dresser belonged first to my customer's grandmother - she wanted it updated for her new home in a beachy feel. I paired it with a gold mirror I had on hand and refinished to match. The dresser was done in Persian Blue with a slight antiquing glaze. The top was layered first in Persian Blue, then in Chalk Style Paint in Bone, which was lightly distrssed back to reveal the blue. The hardware was refinished in Bone and metallic Gilder's Paste. The mirror was done in the blue and dry-brushed in Bone and Gilder's Paste. The drawer bottoms were decoupaged in a pretty fabric. The final finish used was GF Flat Out Flat. She loved it! :)
