This end table I painted for my mother a friend gave her the end table, soon as I seen it I wanted to paint it. I first sanded entire piece. After sanding the top I used a folk art zig zag stencil painted the zig zag with country chic vanilla using a stencil brush, after the top dryed I used a sponge brush to brush on GF Van Dyke Brown Glaze over where I stenciled wiped some glaze off with a rag. Painted the legs with Country Chic, Luscious Lime, Cherry Blossom, Vanilla Frosting. I used a sponge brush to brush on GF Van Dyke Brown on the sides of the table. Decopaged the drawers using Mod Podge and scrapbook paper from the Barnwood Pretty part pack. The entire piece excluding the top was brushed and ragged with my favorite GF Van Dyke Brown Glaze to give it an antiqued look. Last I sponge brushed Minwax polycrylic (water based) over entire piece.
