Wipe on, wipe off two coats of "Seal-A-Cell" Clear using "Scott" Shop Towels. Apply eight coats of “Arm-R-Seal” Oil & Urethane Topcoat using “Scott” Shop Towels while rotating on slowest setting of lathe. One coat per day.
