This was a piece I'd previously painted but it just wasn't selling and I'm a firm believer that if at first you don't succeed, try again! Pieces can be reinvented time and time again, no finish is forever.
I started with a base of GF Coastal Blue. Then used my custom mix(Patina Green, Coastal Blue, Antique White and Halcyon Blue) together with Seagull Grey to create a faux finish. I'd already added the mouldings for the previous finish so just had to put some gold leaf on them and added the gorgeous gold swan handles. This is such a beautifull colour and the gold compliments it so well, really love it and hope you do too!
