Modernizing a Country Bakers Rack

My MIL pointed out the bakers rack to me as exactly what I was looking for in my kitchen in terms of size and sturdiness. However, it was dated...very, very dated...and it wasn't going to match anything. The owner of the store I was in (they sell salvaged, upcycled, and recycled furniture) explained that I could give it an easy facelift using General Finishes. And so I purchased it and painstakingly transformed it. I used General Finishes Milk Paint in Patina Green, spray painted the metal pieces black, and added new black hardware. It's the perfect pop of color in my kitchen now!
