These nightstands are so far my most deceptively difficult project. I decided they needed to be a glossy white, so I began by filling in the wood grain and priming. I had no idea when I began how deep the wood grain was! It took me three rounds of filling the grain and priming before it was ready for white paint and gold accents. I used High Performance Topcoat in Gloss to get the final look I wanted. The polished brass corner protectors finishes off the look.
