The table top was finished in Rustoleum weathered wood accelerator to give the piece that perfect patina, and then sprayed with minwax waterbased spar urethane. The turned leg base also got the weathered wood treatment as the basecoat and then a healthy slathering of general finishes milk paint in antique white. Distressing was tackled by hand and a topcoat of minwax polycrylic was laid down for protection. I was extremely happy with the fit and finish of this piece once completed.
