I found the perfect dresser for my project.  I was searching forever for the perfect size and this dresser fit the bill.  I took the dresser and turned it into my new coffee bar.  It was on castors which was very convenient for my kitchen.  I took the bottom drawer out and made a shelf instead to hold some baskets.  I painted the base in Nantucket Green Chalk Style Paint which matched my backsplash in the most perfect way.  The top I sanded down and decided to keep it natural.  I added a shellac topcoat which brightened the wood and gave it a beautiful shine.  For the body I used High Performance Top Coat in Satin.  Love it!  I then made a frame and painted it Nantucket Green as well to match the coffee bar.  I used the frame for my adorable coffee stencil on the wall.
