Bubinga pedestal bowl

A pedestal bowl turned from a bubinga wood blank. A faceplate was fitted to the top and then fittted to the lathe. A dovetail chucking point was turned into the base. The piece was then rotated and held by the chucking point and turned to shape the sanded from 40 to 120 grit and the sanding sealer applied then sanded up to 1200 and finished with 2 coats of natural beeswax with a light sanding between coats.
