This is a 12"x2"bowl made from Elm. The rim of the bowl has been embellished using water, two shades of blue enamel paint and White enamel. The top of the bowl was spray painted with light blue paint when dry water was sprayed on to form droplets. The darker blue and white were then sprayed on from opposite sides of the bowl forming shadows. The bowl was then left for 24 hours for the water to evaporate. the inside of the bowl was then finished and sprayed with clear coat laquer
