Winner! The table of the Little Prince

By Anna Zychora-Duda at Arte Trade in Żyrardów, PL

Winning Category

Presented table is an interpretation of the illustration of the Little Prince made by the Italian illustrator Manuela Adreani. She also made a number of patchwork illustrations, beautiful and colorful for many fairy tales, not only to the beautiful story about Little Prince Antoine de Saint - Exupery. While painting the tabletop I felt that I was moving to this beautiful and wise land of fairy tales. I have to stress that the painting of the Little Prince escaping from the planet was painted on my own. It is not a transfer or any form of decoupage. This is my next job based on the illustrations of this illustrator. The first one was a quilt about Alice from the Wonderland.

I have no hesitation in saying that the table moves us to the wonderful land of fairy tales. And with colors it stimulates the imagination.
