It all started with a knob... Once these glorious flower muses were found, this piece just fell into place. Wish I could tell you step-by-step how to recreate this Monet-gypsy blue, but when a little magic is thrown in mad-scientist style, the exact formula may be forever a mystery. Ratios may be lost but the secret ingredients include rust and yellow undertones peeking through a mix of General Finishes Patina Green, Emerald Green and Valspar Fish Tale. Dry brushing specific areas gave it depth & variety while updating the original pulls with coordinating colors and accenting with Burnished Pearl Effects added subtle bling to tie it all together. The Antique Walnut Gel Stain finished the top with a richness that helped this buffet straddle the boundaries of old and new.
