This beach washed beauty is the perfect mix of soft wood tones and whites. I sanded down the entire dresser to bare wood and stained it using weather wood stains reclaimation stain. Then using Annie sloan pure white, I dry brushed over parts of the stained wood and more heavily painted other areas to create cohesiveness and dimension.
The wood carved details pop while staying muted overall.
Fine sanded with 220 grit for a light distress and smooth to the touch finish.
Finished in Annie Sloan clear wax for a soft matte finish.
