I wanted to paint these bad boys black and distress but as usual, the original plan just doesn't happen! Instead, these guys were refinished using multiple layers of colors starting with black, then light grey, then beige and wiped back to reveal the original wood underneath. The tops were painted same but a grey stain was used on top of the light grey paint and then sanded down to reveal some wood detail.
Now, I can truly say these boys look like they were abandoned in a barn for years <3
