General Finishes

Our existing entry table was the victim of one too many military PCS moves and needed to be replaced.  I found a great local mill near me in northern Kentucky where I sourced all of the walnut and maple for this project.  The entire table is solid black walnut, the drawers are all maple construction with a walnut front, and the top is solid woven walnut protected by tempered glass.  The joinery is a mix of traditional mortise and tenon and Festool dominos.  The drawers are full dovetails.  For the finish I used General Finishes Enduro Var satin.
