Winner! Mid Century Teak Cabinet

Water-stained, weathered, but otherwise in good shape, this teak cabinet needed a good, careful sanding to remove the hazy, chipped, and stained finish. The warm tones of teak are a wonderful complement to dark blues and grays, so I reached for GF Queenstown Gray Milk Paint and added a bit of GF Coastal Blue for a dark, cool gray. After masking off the design, I applied three coats of paint with a roller and a brush, removed the mask, and finished the piece with GF High Performance Top Coat. Teak's open grain soaked that top coat right up, so I applied four coats for a beautiful, sturdy sheen.
