General Finishes

This piece was inspired by a photo I saw in Southern Living magazine of a beautifully decorated master bedroom that incorporated the colors of emerald and blush. Using General Finishes Milk Paint I mixed two custom colors to create this look inspired by the photo. The dark emerald green was mixed using one part Emerald Milk Paint and one part Lamp Black Milk Paint. The blush color was created using one part Coral Crush Milk Paint, one part Persimmon Milk Paint, and two parts Antique White Milk Paint. I added decoupage using a beautiful simple paper design from Spoonflower, and painted the hardware a metallic rose gold to finish the look.
