This dresser started life as any other dresser: boring and abandoned in a consignment shop. But she had aspirations for a new look. She came home with me and I turned this boring lady into a boho lady. She currently gets plenty of compliments but no one wants to take her home yet. Maybe she's so beautiful now that she's intimidating. ;)
I used Country Chic paint products to create this look. I used Simplicity, Happy Hour, Bliss, Reverie and Jitterbug. The colors were painted on, then I did a wet blending technique to create an ombre effect with a wet paintbrush.
The dresser was finished with a few coats of polycrylic.
